My sister and I used Billy's services recently in order to do an estate sale after our father passed away. Billy was professional and met us on short notice at the location with a great attitude. He genuinely seemed ready to work! He clearly was well connected with the community and saw potential sales in every nook and cranny... literally! There were a few items that may have been damaged/not working quite right. But he got them working in order to sell them at a higher price. He coordinated everything including trash disposal afterwards and the house was completely empty and clean when he and his team were done. He communicated well throughout the process. He even went above and beyond. While he was going through the house, he found sentimental items that my sister and I had overlooked and saved them for us. He even flagged a general issue that had nothing to do with the sale (a water leak under the house) which saved us money down the line! I can't say enough about how excellent his service was and we really enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend his services.
